  1. Why prices are so low ? What’s the catch ?
    No catch, activation keys sold here are genuine and are used as a system builder. Keys are purchased in bulk by authorized Microsoft partners and registers successfully on Microsoft Servers.
    To comply with the terms and conditions of both Microsoft and other respective corporations, all of the items sold are new and sourced directly at the time of sale from third party reputable sellers
  2. Are all the keys genuine ?
    All keys sold on this platform are from authorized, trusted, and reputable sources, and are backed up by 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  3. How the products are delivered?
    Most of the products sold here are digital downloads. Activation keys / Licenses will be sent to you by email as soon as the payment is confirmed. You can follow the instructions and install the product easily. If there is any problem with order, just send us an email at contact@tdotsolutions.com
  4. I placed the order but didn’t get my activation key or license immediately.
    After placing the order, system check is done and payment is confirmed. If everything goes well you will receive the email containing product detail. Please check your inbox , spam or junk folder. If still there is any problem , please send us an email at contact@tdotsolutions.com
  5. The activation code or key i received is not working.
    If, in the unlikely event you receive a key that does not activate your software, simply write to us and we will check the key for you. In all cases, a key that does not allow you to activate will be an error in transmission, for instance, spelling error in the activation key code. Please simply write to us, and we will double check the key and re-send it.
  6. Whats the refund policy ?
    If you placed order by mistake, you can write to us for ‘cancel order’ and your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded . For other cases or if the item is delivered, unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, once the digital item has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
    If your paypal order has been charged but not shipped, we can refund but we will keep a $1.5 administration fee due to the fees we must pay in order to refund you.
  7. My order is still in processing and delayed ?
    We try our best to deliver all products on time, however; in the unlikely event of a product or service being delivered later than promised, you are entitled to a full refund if you have not already received the item. This does not however entitle you to any form of additional compensation for ‘damages’ or any other reason. You agree that only a full refund would be applicable, without any form of additional compensation or interest.
